Group Therapy

The same process goes on in a Group as is described in the section Individual Therapy. Except that the possible patterns of relating are multiplied by the power of however many group members are present. Through experimenting with risk and novelty, a group can offer a great opportunity to learn about how we are affected by different people and, equally, about the impact we make upon them.
