There are really so many ways to enhance your experience of life through therapy, that it is genuinely an impossible task to list them.

I've looked at two or three here, just to give  a flavour of this type of work.

But the list is endless and, as well as those listed above, may include relationship difficulties, self-confidence, stress, boredom, lack of interest in life,  commitment to be the best that you can be, communication difficulties, trying something new, feeling unchallenged by life, feeling you're only partly living, interest in personal growth and the common not-quite-sure-what-it-is-but-just-life-in-general-sort-of-thing.
