Related Articles This bit (Mind Stuff) doesn't deal with those parts of the mind/self that are strictly to do with matters we associate with Therapy. However, I include them here as fascinating examples of how little we know and of how much we are learning.

Equally, the studies on LLI (Low Latent Inhibition) raise important questions about how we can misunderstand phenomena when we don't know enough. This, of course, can have huge implications both for how professionals may view us (if we ever access professional support) and for how we come to regard ourselves.
Btw, I do wonder whether (for any Gestaltists who might be visiting) Low Latent Inhibition might have implications for our understanding of figure-formation - in that those with it may engage in a process here that differs slightly from those that don't.
