 Monthly Gestalt therapy Group
 with Claire Asherson Bartram

This group has been meeting for over three years. Regular participation by a core of members has meant that the group has developed to become a community that supports exploration, self-discovery and contact.  The monthly meetings provide continuity while preserving space for everyday life between groups. The agenda is whatever members bring on the day. It is limited only by ourselves.  Among the issues the group might engage with are: relationships, self support and esteem, communication, families, anxiety, excitement, bereavement,  life-change and depression. The group runs in terms of 4 days roughly 4 weeks apart. New members can join at the beginning of each term and it will run with a minimum of four members.  It will be possible to book for the year and there is a fee reduction for this option. I like to meet people who have not worked with me beforehand and offer a free consultation to those who are interested.

Fee: £320 per term (4 days) or £900 for three terms.
Deposit: £80
Venue: Hampstead Heath Therapy Rooms,
35A
Croftdown Road,
NW5.

Group therapy is experiencing psychotherapy in a group setting. Here you have the chance of relating to other people whilst exploring your own particular issues. It is very useful to get feedback from others in relation to your concerns and gives people the opportunity to bring their concerns and share in a group of like minded people. Groups are both supportive and challenging and enable members to explore issues, become more self aware and support each other. They are also a good place to try out new ways of behaving and getting feedback from other participants.
